This package is fully customized to the individual and consists of 4 two-hour sessions. Part of each session will cover Nutrition tailored to your needs and the other portion will be utilized for Hypnotherapy.
Holistic Nutrition encourages the use of whole foods to bring the body into a state of balance and harmony. Whole foods are foods which are as close to their natural state as possible.
Holistic Nutrition is not concerned with calorie counting or avoiding fats or carbs, but about eating the right types of fats and carbs, nourishing the body and optimizing digestion. Shedding excess weight naturally follows.
Holistic Nutrition clients generally report a myriad of other positive changes in their state of health such as increased energy, a more balanced mood, better sleep, clear skin, the list goes on!
Hypnotherapy is a wonderful motivator to keep you on track with healthy eating habits and exercise. It can be used to release cravings and even make healthier foods more appealing!
